Vinyasa is a traditional style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. At Ahh Yoga, we offer variations of Vinyasa yoga for every level of experience and fitness.
A flowing, challenging practice that links breath and movement. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll power up your yoga practice like never before. It is challenging and fun!
In this class you will flow from pose to pose, moving with particular attention to the breath. We will assume you understand three part breath, ujayii pranayama, sun salutations, basic warriors and balancing poses. This class builds strength and balance physically AND mentally and leaves you feeling energized!

Suitable for new and experienced practitioners, this class will provide a vigorous total body workout with creative movement, strengthening asanas, and deep stretches that leaves your mind and body refreshed. The studio will be heated to 95 degrees to create an environment for your body to open up without being uncomfortably hot! Come sweat, smile, and challenge yourself in all the right ways!
