Current Status: Due to COVID-19 we are now offering virtual classes and Open Studio Yoga at 25% capacity as well as recorded classes.

Following the guidelines of tier 3 can have classes at 25% capacity with continued social distancing!

To join our live streaming classes:

  1. Register for any class that says "LIVE STREAM" before the name via our Schedule page or the MindBody app at least 30 minutes prior to class.
  2. Download the Zoom cloud meeting app or visit www.zoom.com and set up a FREE account.
  3. You will then receive a link to join our class via email 10-15 minutes before class.
  4. Click on the link and practice with us!

Today's Class Schedule

The instructors provide great instruction and music that goes well with the different movements. Doing yoga has helped me improve many aspects of my mental and physical health. Ahh yoga is a great environment to improve my yoga practice and everyone there is happy and helpful.
