Whether you have never stepped onto a yoga mat before or are a seasoned yoga practitioner, this gentle practice will provide you an opportunity to slow down and connect with your baby, other moms-to-be and yourself!

Poses are chosen specifically to address the physical and emotional changes experienced during pregnancy and to relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Guided relaxation and breath work promote calm and balance that benefits both you and your baby and help you prepare for child birth.
