Get ready to sweat! This class incorporates yoga flow with weight training, plyometrics (aka 'jump training'), and fun music. You will get the benefits of yoga and a great workout in 60 minutes. This class offers a challenge for even the most fit, but we welcome all levels and modifications are offered.

This "lite" version of our Yoga Sculpt class replaces high intensity jump training with low impact cardio. You will get the same benefits and a great workout in 60 minutes. This class is a great way to jump start your fitness routine!
