Beginning Mindfulness Meditation

This 4 week session will give you a taste of the key practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, including the Body Scan, Mindful Yoga and Sitting Meditation.

This class is geared for both absolute beginners wanting to learn about Mindfulness and seasoned practitioners wanting to strengthen their practice.

Please note: due to the sequential nature of this process, drop-ins will not be permitted without prior arrangement with the instructor.
