This 4 week session will give you a taste of the key practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, including the Body Scan, Mindful Yoga and Sitting Meditation.
This class is geared for both absolute beginners wanting to learn about Mindfulness and seasoned practitioners wanting to strengthen their practice.
