This class is a combination of Barre and Yoga. We utilize basic yoga flow to help warm-up and prepare your body for barre exercises which include light weights and resistance paired with isometric movements. The combination of the stretch and breath of yoga along with the high-intensity and low-impact of barre focuses on building long and lean muscles with lasting results.
Betsy and the staff always go above and beyond. During this stay at home disaster they have again done everything they can to help everyone feel better through yoga.
