Barre VinyAHHsa Flow

This class is a combination of Barre and Yoga. We utilize basic yoga flow to help warm-up and prepare your body for barre exercises which include light weights and resistance paired with isometric movements. The combination of the stretch and breath of yoga along with the high-intensity and low-impact of barre focuses on building long and lean muscles with lasting results.

I thoroughly enjoyed my teacher training experience. Initially, I took the course just to enhance my own practice, but at the end I felt confident enough to teach. I especially appreciate the attention to alignment and modifications.
