This class is a combination of Barre and Yoga. We utilize basic yoga flow to help warm-up and prepare your body for barre exercises which include light weights and resistance paired with isometric movements. The combination of the stretch and breath of yoga along with the high-intensity and low-impact of barre focuses on building long and lean muscles with lasting results.
I think the instructors are all very inspiring and helpful. I feel peace when I am at the studio or doing the Zoom class.
