5 years Later...

Five years ago, my former boss at Body Symmetry (Chad Marshick), the two owners of PhysioTherapy Professionals (Kirsten Transue & Leah Hultcher), and I opened the doors to Pure Synergy Springfield. After many years of referring clients to each other, we wanted to provide the Springfield community with a “one-stop-health-shop.” Furthermore, to complete our health boutique, we created and opened Pure Synergy Massage together.

The past 5 years have been full of growth, grief, friendships, change, survival, and so much more.

I'm grateful for so much, including but not limited to: our yoga community, the lessons I’ve learned over the past 5 years, and most importantly, that OUR DOORS ARE STILL OPEN! I'm very aware that none of this would have been possible without the support of our yogis and our outstanding yoga teachers, who continued to pivot with me as we navigated the last 5 years. Please come celebrate with us from September 30th-October 2nd!
